RIBERRIES

The first people of Australia utilised thousands of species of plants for medicinal or dietary use and modern scientists are only now discovering their high nutrient values.

One delicious fruit is the riberry (Lilly Pilly) which is now commercially grown especially for the food industry along the clean and green coastline of Eastern Australia.

The riberry fruit are tiny pea sized, pinky, purple fruit  which have a stunning clove, cinnamon, gingery flavour.

​

We think these little known fruit are simply too good to hide and so we have made it our passion to bring you the flavours of Australian Rainforest fruits. 

​

They have been naturally preserved by drying and then coating in delicious dark Belgian Chocolate. We think it is a marriage made in flavour heaven.
